Returns are accepted only within seven days of delivery, provided that items remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with valid proof of purchase. Due to the handmade nature of our pottery, slight variations in color, texture, glaze, or shape are natural and do not qualify as defects, and therefore are not eligible for return or refund.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected, and once approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
Orders are considered final once placed and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded outside the conditions stated above. EcoLand Pottery reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
